Remi Krug delivers ‘premium’ presentation at Cert Octavian London International Wine Fair Event

Cert Octavian's annual London International Wine Fair event on 13th May was a resounding success - well attended and made particularly memorable by a superb guest speaker presentation by Rémi Krug, former president of the House of Krug.

Sharing Cert Octavian's principles regarding the importance of delivering only outstanding levels of service, Rémi reinforced the message that there is a vast chasm between having ‘highly satisfied customers' and those that are merely ‘satisfied'.

His speech elaborated on how the differentiator is in the detail: when operational excellence is achieved, customers enjoy added value and loyalty is enhanced. Resting on laurels and taking the easy route is not an option - superior performance across all business operations creates the most value.

Taking care of the detail is core to creating any premium brand. For many Cert Octavian customers, logistics is just one detail, but it is of great importance in terms of its visibility, impact on other factors and most importantly, effect upon the overall customer experience.

Guests attending left the event with the overriding message from Rémi that when there's a premium product, impeccable service matters. Each and every ‘detail' in the supply chain impacts upon customer satisfaction levels.
